.At the beginning of the process you will set up an account with us. Use your email address as a username. You will then be issued with a password. Once you are into the application form, bookmark the “Intro” page. This will help you to get back to the form at any time. The information you provide in this process is stored on secure servers and is only available to yourself through your account and SoapBox.
.Start working your way through the seven short pages of questions. Each page of entries is made once you click the "Continue to Next Step" button at the bottom of the page. You can return to your application at any time by signing in and amending your form just in case you don’t know the answer to a particular question immediately.
.As part of the process you will nominate two Referees (if you belong to a church, not your Church Leader) and two Personal Supporters. We will send the referees each a Reference Form. The information they provide on this form is confidential and will be returned directly to SoapBox.
.Read the Terms and Conditions.
.You will need to pay £50.00 deposit before we can begin to process your application. You do this online or by sending a cheque. (Cheques made payable to SoapBox). The final stage of the process allows you to print out the last page of the commitment form, (pre-formatted for windowed DL style envelopes) which you need to sign and return to us even if you choose to pay your deposit online. If you opt for online payment you will need to return to the page where the two options to use PayPal or Print&Post are and click the Print&Post button to get to the pre-formatted commitment letter that we need you to sign and return.
.Once accepted your deposit is non-refundable and is applied to your account. Finally, if you are a UK taxpayer, we would really appreciate it if you would sign the Gift Aid Declaration in the pre-formatted letter. Do remember to Print&Post your commitment letter back to our Manchester office.
