Alongside the short term projects and the African Quest programme, SoapBox is involved in several other vital ministries.
An opportunity to sponsor a child’s education and welfare in situations where it would be impossible to receive any kind of education due to the cost being outside of that which a typical family can afford. In recent years, many churches and groups have initiated their own short term project programme. This is a huge task for volunteers to undertake and so SoapBox offers a logistic/orientation/de-brief package to such groups in order to ‘lighten the load’ of those seeking to do this. More Info..
SoapBox requires every participant and staff member to hold a current CRB declaration. Over the years, we’ve become pretty expert at this and now offer the processing of CRB declarations to other organisations and groups. Food Health and Safety Service
Many churches and groups are not aware that the use of kitchen facilities requires that by law, those involved in food preparation need to hold a certificate. SoapBox Communications Trust is a registered centre for the delivery of two new Level 2 courses and has a tutor who is available to deliver these qualifications. More Info..
